Stitching Halloween Day 2

Hey guys!

Crashing Waves Designs just released this new Sketchy Heart Skull Snaptab and I am obsessed! I am going to make these in like every color. Seriously. I love this design. I used orange embroidery thread, black promo vinyl from MyPunkbroidery and a Kam Snap.  (I provided some links, but I am not affiliated with any of these companies, I just love their stuff!)

I'm going to stitch a Halloween thing every day for the whole month of October. If you're stitching or sewing a Halloween thing too this month and want to join me, just use #StitchingHalloween and then we can all see everyone's crafty makes!

Stay Rad!

Happy October! Stitching Halloween Day 1

Hi! It's been a super long time since I've last blogged anything. I have been sewing and using my embroidery machine a lot more lately so, I decided for this October I'm going to stitch a Halloween thing every day for the whole month. If you're stitching or sewing a Halloween thing too this month and want to join me, just use #StitchingHalloween and then we can all see everyone's crafty makes!

For Day 1, I stitched out these cute Jack-O-Lantern zipper bags. The embroidery design is by Parker On The Porch (Pumpkin Zipper Bag). I used white marine vinyl and black promo vinyl from MyPunkbroidery for these bags and black & white fabric from my stash for the applique. (I provided links to these companies, but I am not affiliated with either of them, I just love their stuff!)

See you tomorrow!

A Happy Birthday Card - DICC #009

Hey everyone!

The Desert Islands Crafters Challenge blogs' challenges have changed to one challenge per month and will be posted on the 20th of each month. This month's challenge will run until February 20th, 2017.

Challenge #009 is sponsored by the awesome Kenny K Stamps! Check them out at their website (Kenny K Stamps). I used their stunning Happy Hour digi stamp and Social Media Sentiments digi stamps for my card.  I used numbers 4 (add sparkle), 6 (use a die/punch), and 7 (no patterned paper) from the itenerary.

For number 4 (sparkle), I used white glitter cardstock for the card base. I used a small circle and star Fiskars hand hole punch for number 6 on a blue 4x6 Project Life card.  I also didn't use any patterned paper on my card (number 7).  The Happy Hour stamp was colored with Spectrum Noir markers.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my card! Please come play along with us at the DICC blog for the challenge this month!

  See you soon!
